This is Pastor John Kimani and Catherine Wanjiru serving with Deliverance Church in the outskirts of Ruiru, Kenya. We have been serving as pastors in a small growing church and we are committed to make a positive impact in our community.
*OUR GOAL*
The primary goal of our ministry is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, to give hope, and show love to the people in our community.
*STRATEGY AND APPROACH*
We do this by providing spiritual guidance, sound leadership, trainings e.g discipleship programs and Leadership programs, we also provide counseling services to schools and the community. We have outreach programs to those in dare need i.e Food Support to the less fortunate, youth development, and various community engagement initiatives.
*THE REALITY*
These endeavors are essential to addressing the pressing challenges our community faces, including high levels of poverty, mental and emotional instability due to the prevailing hardships and social isolation. Unfortunately, our church members face a critical difficult economic times, and despite their best efforts, our dedicated members have limited capacity to support the ministry and their pastor effectively. As a result, we find ourselves in a position where we cannot effectively carry out the essential work of evangelism and community outreach to the extent that is necessary.
*APPEAL*
We are reaching out to you with this appeal plea for financial support for our ministry and family. We firmly believe that with the right resources and financial support, we can make a more profound spiritual and socioeconomic development impact in the lives of our community members who need it the most.
